A NEW YEAR, A NEW HOME:

I'm excited to be a new face at ReMax in 2008 -- although I'm certainly not new to the real estate business! I became a Realtor 25 years ago, and I truly know what I'm doing. I was the leading agent for my previous brokerage from 2003 through 2007, and in 2006 I worked my way into the Top 50 for sales volume among the thousands of Realtors in Tampa Bay's tri-county area.

ReMax recruited me because very few agents with any other companies market residential property at my level in the areas I emphasize: Hillsborough County's South Shore, Riverview, Bloomingdale and FishHawk neighborhoods. In recent years I achieved national designations in Prudential Realty's Leading Edge Society, President's Club, and Chairman's Circle Gold.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE:

All of that is relevant to my customers, of course, because they want and deserve expert service. But it's just as important to point out I really love what I do, because that is what makes the experience of working with me so comfortable for so many. I'm a friendly, down-to-earth person with answers for the inexperienced buyer or seller as well as for my savvy investors. I've also spent 16 years raising my family in the same community, so I'm not one who takes a move lightly. I'm in this for the long haul -- for the customer satisfaction that leads to great word-of-mouth and loyal relationships, not just a quick buck or a one-time deal!
