Counting on a Realtor means many things -- but it's important to separate the facts from mere fluff. Here are some numbers that tell you about me: I became a Realtor 25 years ago, so I truly know what I'm doing. I've been the #1 agent in my brokerage every year since 2003, and in 2006 I worked my way into the Top 50 for sales volume among the thousands of Realtors in all of Tampa Bay's tri-county area. In 2008 I closed 44 sales, which is almost one per week, and I was Riverview's #1 residential resale agent, doing more business than even those multiple-agent "teams" among my competition.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE:

All of that is relevant to my customers, of course, because they want and deserve expert service. But it's just as important to point out I really love what I do, because that is what makes the experience of working with me so comfortable for so many. I'm a friendly, down-to-earth person with answers for the inexperienced buyer or seller as well as for my savvy investors. I've also spent 17 years raising my family in the same community, so I'm not one who takes a move lightly. I'm in this for the long haul -- for the customer satisfaction that leads to great word-of-mouth and loyal relationships, not just a quick buck or a one-time deal!
